Thank you for electing me as the president of the 5th Beijing Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Promotion Association. Thank you for your trust and support! I know that the mission is glorious and the responsibility is great. I will do my duty, work hard, don't care, don't disgrace my mission, and live up to the expectations and trust of everyone.

At the same time, I would like to express my special thanks to the former President Zhang Huanan and all the staff of the Promotion Association. I would like to thank our leaders and comrades of the China Labor and Social Security Research Institute for their business leaders and the leaders and comrades of the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau. Under the care and support of the competent authorities and the Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, President Zhang Huanan led all the comrades of the Promotion Association to work hard and innovate. After more than ten years of hard work, they have achieved good results and promoted the future development of the Association. Therefore, I would like to thank them especially here.

If the performance of the promotion meeting yesterday and today comes from the concern of government agencies, the care of all walks of life and the efforts of all members, then the glory of the promotion society will still depend on everyone to practice, create and fight. To this end, I would like to raise the following hopes and requirements for the future work of the Association.

First, build a good platform, and at the same time play a good role as a bridge and link to promote the association.

First of all, we must set a good position for the promotion meeting and accurately determine its function and role. In layman's terms, it is clear what the promotion will do. This position is not allowed. If it is not good, the work will lose its direction. What is our promotion club doing? In layman's terms, it is a platform for members' corporate activities. We set up a good stage, with good bands, good audio equipment, good dance, lighting, scenery, and various services, so that member companies can leverage each other on this stage to cooperate and form synergy. At the same time, we promote the association as a civil society group and a bridge and link between the government and our member companies. We must actively promote and implement the party's line, principles, and policies to members publicize the laws and regulations of the country, educate and guide members to be patriotic, dedicated, honest, and law-abiding, actively fulfill their social responsibilities, and truly become the government to develop the economy, connect with enterprises, and manage market order. At the same time, it actively responds to the opinions of enterprises, helps enterprises to solve some practical difficulties, and does a good job in coordinating services for relevant enterprises. As a bridge and a tie, we must serve two ends. One is the government and the other is the member company. These two services are good and become an organic whole. This becomes a solid bridge between the government and the enterprise, and it is a strong and not broken link.

Second, enhance service awareness, improve service levels, and do a good job in serving the member companies.

As a civil society group, we promote associations as bridges and bridges, as well as platforms, their essence, their souls, whose purpose is to serve, to serve the society to the society, to serve members, and to serve at both ends. Without service, there is no value that we promote. I mainly want to emphasize the service to member companies, which is the role of the platform. Serving member companies is the life of our promotion society. Why do some members join our promotion club? Why do we enter our platform? We want to get our services. They have asked us to help them reflect them. They have difficulties and hope that we can help them solve them. The higher the level of our service, the better the service, the more cohesive and attractive we are, and the more and more companies will join our promotion. So service is our soul and our life. The services for members include all aspects, such as the rights protection services of members, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members. We can establish effective cooperation mechanisms with legal services agencies to provide members with good legal assistance. Another example is the member's investment and financing services, market expansion services, training services, information exchange services and so on. We must conduct in-depth investigation and research, understand the market development trend, understand the needs of members, and truly become a close friend of members. We must work hard to enhance service awareness, improve service levels, and truly become an organization that can solve problems for members and provide effective services, and truly become a member's home.

Third, vigorously strengthen their own construction and improve their work level

It is hard to beat the iron first. To do a good job in bridges and bridges, we must do a good job in the platform and do a good job in serving the members. First of all, we must promote the association itself to build well. We must have a good and strong leadership team. We must have a united and harmonious work hard, not afraid of hardship and obey. It is necessary to strengthen the ideological construction, organizational construction and work style construction of the Association, strengthen the education and training of staff, improve the concept of law and discipline, service concepts, and improve work ability and work level. It is necessary to establish and improve various rules and regulations and strictly enforce them. According to the actual situation, it may be considered to establish a party organization, a trade union organization, and so on. It is necessary to train and introduce talents, to meet the needs of the market and to promote the work needs of the conference, to strengthen the training of existing personnel, and to do a good job in talent introduction. We have truly established a work force with a good decent style, excellent work style, proficient business, strong ability and high quality.

We must strengthen internal and external exchanges and cooperation, strengthen contact and cooperation with relevant government departments, strengthen cooperation with other civil organizations and institutions in the society, actively organize members to carry out various forms of study, exchanges and inspection activities, and do the work of our promotion society.

Dear delegates, we are facing new development opportunities and facing new challenges. We have many difficulties before us. We have a long way to go.
